Continuum Conference Terms and Conditions

Your registration is confirmation that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions:

Continuum Conference 2018 completely SOLD OUT, and we were not able to take any door sales. Early Prior registration is essential to ensure your ticket at Continuum conference. Please bring ID with you to claim your pre-registered ticket.

Payment is to be made the same time as your registration. As registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Continuum Conference does not offer registration refunds or transfers, under any circumstance.

Continuum conference is a faith venture; ticket price does not cover all of our expenses. Offerings will be taken each night meeting during conference and donations before and during conference are gladly appreciated and are tax deductible. Our account is Continuum Conference, Westpac 03-1750-0272499-00. Please use your full name as a reference. Thanks so much!

Please take care when using the carpark. There will not be carpark directors, pedestrians and drivers are asked to be cautious at all times and remember that weather conditions can get icy in July. Continuum takes place in a residential zones, please be mindful of our neighbours when leaving our venues after dark. All Continuum venues and grounds are smoke free.

Church auditoriums do not allow food or drink. 
 

Please look after your personal belongings. For lost and found property please see the registration desk. 
 
Photography and filming from Continuum Conference may be used for promotional purposes. No personal recordings (audio or visual) of the conference may be taken.
 
Continuum Conference reserves the right to change any of the published conference details without notice and have the final say on any matter relating to the conference.
 
I understand that Continuum Conference staff or volunteers will not be held liable in the event of any injury, accident or misfortune, damage or loss that may happen to me or my property while at Continuum conference.
 
I give Continuum Conference permission to act in my safety interests including medical, hospital or ambulance assistance if they consider necessary. Every attempt will be made to contact your supplied emergency contact list first before any decision is made regarding treatment or medication.
 
If you have any medical information or disabilities that we need to be aware of please apprise us immediately when you complete your online registration by sending us an email to info@continuumconference.com
(for example: epilepsy, limited mobility, crutches or a wheelchair etc)

I will need to arrive 30 minutes before each session starts to reserve my seat.
